I can’t turn back time, but I can’t lie and say I haven’t thought it. If I could stop the clock, I’d land squarely on 34 where I am still young and vibrant, yet old enough to know better. Now, 30s seem like a distant past.
While I’ve been trying to embrace my 40s, damn how things have changed. Now, I’m dealing with bursitis flare-ups, thinning hair, fatigue, and pesky weight gain.
