How I Live My Best Middle-Aged Life

Line art woman, hand drawn

I can’t turn back time, but I can’t lie and say I haven’t thought it. If I could stop the clock, I’d land squarely on 34 where I am still young and vibrant, yet old enough to know better. Now, 30s seem like a distant past.

While I’ve been trying to embrace my 40s, damn how things have changed. Now, I’m dealing with bursitis flare-ups, thinning hair, fatigue, and pesky weight gain.

Who am I? What do I want? Where am I going? What can I learn? These are the questions I seek to answer during this chapter of self-discovery and below are my strategies.
